SSL to Fall Fest at Lincoln Park Zoo.

Looking for a fun weekend plan for the family? We have you covered with an adventurous day at the Lincoln Park Zoo fall fest!

Morning

Start your Saturday off by boarding the 504 SSL train and ride to Millennium Station. Once you disembark the train, I’m sure you are going to be looking for some coffee and breakfast and we have just the place to go!

Exit the station and walk north across cross E Randolph Street, then cross Michigan Avenue walking east and Wildberry Pancakes & Cafe is on your left! (130 E Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60601) From Belgian waffles, panini & wraps to espresso and mocha beverages, they have all you could need to start your day.

Now that you are full and ready to explore, let’s get you to your next destination – Fall Fest at Lincoln Park Zoo! Hop on the bus at the Michigan/Randolph bus stop to catch the 151 Sheridan Bus heading north. Hop off the bus at the Lincoln Park Zoo stop and let the fun begin.

Afternoon

Fall Fest at Lincoln Park Zoo will take place from 10am-8pm and you will not want to miss it! This free event produced by Lincoln Park Zoo is a great time for the family to experience the fun of fall in the city. Take a ride on the ferris wheel, explore the corn maze, hop on some of the inflatable obstacle courses, go pumpkin picking and much more! Walk back to Lincoln Park Zoo, and catch the 151 Union Station bus at the Stockton & Armitage stop. Ride the bus south back to the Michigan/Randolph stop, and walk to Millennium Station to catch your train home!
