Pursuant to Resolution 21-10, members of the Board of Trustees and necessary staff may participate in the meeting electronically. The purpose of the meeting is discussion of strategy with respect to:
· Initiation of litigation, pending litigation, and litigation that has been threatened specifically in writing pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B);
· Collective bargaining pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A);
· Job performance evaluation of an individual employee pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9); and
· The purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).

The Board of Trustees of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District will meet on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. in the Board Room of the Administrative Office of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District, 33 East U.S. Hwy. 12, Chesterton, Indiana. Pursuant to Resolution 21-10, members of the Board of Trustees may participate in the meeting electronically. The public is invited to attend the meeting in person.
