FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE BETWEEN HAMMOND STATION & FESTIVAL OF THE LAKES AND PIEROGI FEST

July 22-23 and July 28-30

Organizers of Northwest Indiana’s marquee summer festivals are providing a FREE shuttle bus service from South Shore Line’s Hammond Station to the Festival of the Lakes and Pierogi Fest. Avoid the hassle of navigating road construction detours, and take advantage of this great free service.

The shuttle will be available on July 22-23 for the Festival of the Lakes and again on July 28-30 for Pierogi Fest.

To use the FREE shuttle, board a South Shore Line train at any of the conveniently located stations in Northwest Indiana and Chicago and travel in comfort to the Hammond Station. The free shuttle will be located in the parking lot adjacent to the train platform.

Festival of the Lakes shuttle will run all day on Saturday, 07/22 and Sunday, 07/23 until the last train leaves the Hammond station.

The Pierogi Fest™ shuttle will run for all trains arriving and leaving the station on Friday, 7/28 and Saturday, 7/29 from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. and on Sunday, 7/30 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
