MEETING NOTICE – Monday, March 29, 2021

Executive Session – 9:30 A.M.

The Board of Trustees of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District will hold an executive session on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.  Members of the Board of Trustees will participate in the executive session electronically. The purpose of the executive session is to have a discussion of strategy with respect to:

• Initiation of litigation, pending litigation, and litigation that has been threatened specifically in writing pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B);
• Collective bargaining pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A); and
• The purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).
