MEETING NOTICE: Tuesday, May 4, 2021 

Board of Trustees Executive Session – 1:30 P.M.

The Board of Trustees of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District will hold an executive session on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Administrative Office of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District, 33 East U.S. Hwy. 12, Chesterton, Indiana.  Members of the Board of Trustees may participate in the executive session electronically. The purpose of the executive session is to have a discussion of strategy with respect to:

• Initiation of litigation, pending litigation, and litigation that has been threatened specifically in writing pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B);
• Collective bargaining pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A); and
• The purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).

Board of Trustees Special Meeting – 2:00 P.M.

The Board of Trustees of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Administrative Office of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District, 33 East U.S. Hwy. 12, Chesterton, Indiana. The Board will then adjourn for a meeting of the Procurement Committee at 2:30 p.m. and reconvene immediately following the Procurement Committee meeting.  Members of the Board of Trustees may participate in the meeting electronically.
