As a reminder, passengers who purchased a November monthly ticket will receive a free December monthly credited to their app accounts prior to tomorrow, Dec. 1. In order to avoid any technical issues in utilizing the December ticket, passengers are advised to please move your December monthly app ticket to Device Storage prior to your first activation.
You can do this via the app by selecting “More” in the app menu > select “Ticket Storage” > then click the “Save to Device” icon next to the December monthly ticket. December monthlies may then be activated without issue.
