MEETING NOTICE 

Monday, January 25, 2021

Executive Session – 9:30 A.M.

The Board of Trustees of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District will meet in Executive Session on Monday, January 25, 2021, at 9:30 a.m.  The purpose of the meeting is discussion of strategy with respect to:

·  Initiation of litigation, pending litigation, and litigation that has been threatened specifically in writing pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B);

·  Collective bargaining pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A); and

· The purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).

Members of the Board of Trustees and necessary staff will participate in the meeting electronically.
