Executive Session – 10:00 A.M.

The Board of Trustees of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District will meet in Executive Session on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room of the Administrative Office of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District, 33 East U.S. Hwy. 12, Chesterton, Indiana. Pursuant to Resolution 21-10, members of the Board of Trustees and necessary staff may participate in the meeting electronically.  The purpose of the meeting is discussion of strategy with respect to:

IOn behalf of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD), DLZ is pleased to announce that a public meeting for the project scheduled for April 5th, 2023, at Dickinson Intermediate Fine Arts Academy in South Bend, Indiana, located at 4404 Elwood Ave, South Bend, IN 46628. This meeting is scheduled to start at 6pm EST and will end promptly at 8pm EST.

In order to accommodate an expected increase in ridership due to the Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade and dyeing of the Chicago River, the South Shore Line will offer additional capacity and extra passenger trains on Saturday, March 11, 2023.

To show appreciation to riders, the South Shore Line (SSL) is offering free eastbound rides on Valentine’s Day, February 14th, 2023, on all trains. Riders will be responsible for paying applicable fares on their westbound trips.

The South Shore Line announces the continuation of its “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promotion, applicable for March monthly tickets. All monthly tickets purchased for the month of March 2023 will remain valid for April 2023.
