ATTENTION MOBILE APP MONTHLY TICKET HOLDERS: As a reminder, passengers who purchased a January monthly ticket will receive a free February monthly credited to their app accounts prior to tomorrow, Feb. 1.

In order to avoid any technical issues in utilizing the February ticket, passengers are advised to please move your February monthly app ticket to Device Storage prior to your first activation.

You can do this via the app by selecting “More” in the app menu > select “Ticket Storage” > then click the “Save to Device” icon next to the February monthly ticket. February monthlies may then be activated without issue.
