Due to severe storm damage occurring on Aug. 11, South Shore Line service will continue to operate on a significantly limited schedule on Friday, Aug. 14, 2026. Monon Corridor train service is operating on its regular schedule as of Aug. 13.
Passengers should expect extensive delays and extended travel times on all trains.
MONON CORRIDOR
PLEASE BE ADVISED that regular Monon Corridor service has been restored. Regular Monon Corridor service between Munster/Dyer and Millennium Station is operating as scheduled. Please be advised significant delays are possible due to ongoing railroad crossing and signal power outages.
LAKESHORE CORRIDOR
Passengers should expect extreme, lengthy delays on Lakeshore Corridor trains. Additional delays, service adjustments, or cancellations may occur as crews continue working to repair weather-related damage and restore power.
