The Board of Trustees of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District will meet in Executive Session on Wednesday December 10, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. in the President’s Conference Room of the Administrative Office of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District, 33 East U.S. Hwy. 12, Chesterton, Indiana. Pursuant to Resolution 21-10, members of the Board of Trustees and necessary staff may participate in the meeting electronically. The purpose of the meeting is:
- Discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation, pending litigation, and litigation that has been threatened specifically in writing pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B); or collective bargaining pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A); or with respect to the purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D); and
- To receive information about and interview prospective employees pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5); and
- To discuss job performance evaluation, employee specific compensation, or employment matters of individual employees, pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9); and
- To have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege. I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19).
