The Board of Trustees of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation
District will meet in Executive Session on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at
the law office of Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District’s
counsel, Harris, Welsh & Lukmann at 107 Broadway, Chesterton,
Indiana. Pursuant to Resolution 21-10, members of the Board of Trustees
and necessary staff may participate in the meeting electronically. The purpose of
the meeting is:
- Discussion of strategy with respect to information about and the interview process
for prospective employees pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5); and - To have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client
privilege. I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19).
