The Board of Trustees of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District will
meet in Executive Session on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the President’s
Conference Room of the Administrative Office of the Northern Indiana Commuter
Transportation District, 33 East U.S. Hwy. 12, Chesterton, Indiana. Pursuant to
Resolution 21-10, members of the Board of Trustees and necessary staff may participate
in the meeting electronically. The purpose of the meeting is:
- Discussion of strategy with respect to information about and the interview process
for prospective employees pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5); and - To have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client
privilege. I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19).
