This notice is to advise you that the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District Board of Trustees will reschedule its regularly scheduled Executive Session and Meeting from July 25, 2022 to Monday August 1, 2022 at NICTD Offices, 33 East U.S. Highway 12, Chesterton, IN 46304-3514, as follows: 

Executive Session – 10:00A.M.

Pursuant to Resolution 21-10, members of the Board of Trustees and necessary staff may participate in the meeting electronically.  The purpose of the meeting is discussion of strategy with respect to:

• Initiation of litigation, pending litigation, and litigation that has been threatened specifically in writing pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B);
• Collective bargaining pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A); and
• The purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).

Board of Trustees Meeting – 10:30 A.M. 

The Board of Trustees of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District will meet on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. in the Board Room of the Administrative Office of the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District, 33 East U.S. Hwy. 12, Chesterton, Indiana. Pursuant to Resolution 21-10, members of the Board of Trustees may participate in the meeting electronically. The public is invited to attend the meeting in person. Details on dial-in information and a webinar will be made available at a later date before the meeting.
